This policy explains what information EN Ecademy collects, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
1. What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, username, email address, phone number, and date of birth. If you complete your student profile we also store your education details, city, country, budget range, and the documents you upload for verification.
2. How we use it
We use your information to run your account, verify your eligibility, recommend suitable courses and pathways, process enrollments, and contact you about your studies. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who can see it
Your profile and documents are visible only to you and to the EN Ecademy staff who handle your application. Verification documents are reviewed by the admin assigned to your submission.
4. Security and retention
Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and access to student data is restricted by role. We keep your information while your account is active; you can ask us to close your account and remove your data at any time.
